Property Id: 2756302 2 Bedroom with utilities included! Pets welcome :) The place is very affordable and conveniently located. Nearby high st and somewhat close to campus. Great for anyone who works nearby the campus, or potentially a student. The landlord is amazing, super friendly and accommodating . Amazing space -- you will have a whole floor to yourself. Only thing not included in the rent is internet, but I already have internet connected. Roommate is fully moved out August 10th, room will be available starting from August 11th. Ideal move-in early-mid August. I will be your roommate. 33 year old male. Work from home as a Marketing Manager. I'm clean, pretty quiet, and very easy going. I'm respectful and open minded. I like to spend time in nature and play some video games.
