I'm confused on what basis the negative comments have appeared recently. The community has been a great place to live and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here (I have lived here for over 18 months). Romy has been an absolute treasure in managing the property and goes out her way to please the residents and works diligently to set up fun activities and events to entertain us residents. The maintenance man (C.W.) keeps everything working and in tiptop shape despite currently having to work on his own. In addition, the groundskeeper (Barb) consistently keeps the community nice and clean both inside and out. I'm hoping they keep up the good work and continue to make Preserve a fantastic place to live!!

I have lived here for over 1.5 and have enjoyed the community overall! The new management team is wonderful! Romy is always there to help with any issues. She’s been very helpful has met the expectation of kindness. I have never heard her scream or talk down to anyone in the community, she’s always been courteous and professional with me and my family. I love the community, the amenities and staff!
