Pet Policy: Pets (cats or dogs, up to 50 lbs) are allow subject to owner approval, on a case by case basis. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month. Utilities: Tenants must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Tenants pay for power/water/sewer (EPUD), gas (NW Natural), waste disposal and internet/cable if desired. Laundry: Home includes washer/dryer hookups. Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for exterior landscaping. The home features a low-maintenance backyard and sprinkler system for the grass in the front and side yard. Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property. We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The screening fee is $40 per adult applicant. We accept Zillow background screenings if you've already completed one within the last 30 days, but we require you to also apply directly with us. If you've already paid for/completed a Zillow Screening, you will pay a reduced Zillow Screening Fee of $10 to complete your background screening. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent.
