Nice 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment near downtown Eau Claire available immediately. Apartment features real wood floors in kitchen, stainless steel appliances, nice outdoor space, an extra storage shed in the yard, and your own laundry machines in unit! This is the downstairs apartment in an upper/lower duplex. The upstairs tenant is a single long term resident and is very nice and quiet. There is no off street parking, but street parking is allowed year round in Eau Claire. Landlord provides water, garbage, and lawn care. Tenants are responsible for electric and snow removal on walkways. No smoking allowed, pets are considered for an additional deposit of $250 and $50/month pet rent.
