This beautiful Perry District tiny hosue is a must see! You don’t share walls with anyone. It quietly sits behind a well maintained building converted into a 4 unit apartment building. Owner may approve of a cat or small dog with a non-refundable $300 deposit and a $25 monthly pet rent. The hip Perry District is a desirable residential area with a lively row of businesses on S. Perry Street, including tap houses & trendy restaurants serving craft cocktails, gourmet burgers, artisan pizza, & French & Southern-inspired fare. One-of-a-kind shops in brick buildings & tiny old homes sell vintage furniture, handmade jewelry, used books, & clothing. The Farmer's Market & Street Fair won't disappoint! Grant Park has a playground, tennis courts, & community garden. Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent. The security deposit may be paid over time.. Is your credit score at least 620? (You can easily check your credit score for free on websites like Credit Karma or Annual Credit Report.)
