Looking for a roommate to occupy the upstairs bedroom in my upgraded two story condo in Tustin, near the 55 and 5 fwy. The room has a shared upstairs bathroom and large closet space. Comes furnished as photographed or unfinished if you wish. The price includes designated parking right outside the condo with an option for EV charging. The community is very quiet and clean, has a pool and clubhouse for full use as well. I am a 40 year old male real estate professional who is sociable and respectful but also fairly private, and likes to keep my living spaces clean. I'm looking for a roommate with the same mentality for cleanliness, friendliness and respect for the others living in the house. No pets, no parties, no drugs, occasional overnight guests. Internet and waste pickup are included in the rent, the remaining utilities (water, gas, electricity) are split evenly (adjusted if you charge your car). Security deposit will be one month's rent if unfurnished and 1.5x rent if furnished.
