This house has the East Gallatin in the back yard. 4 bedroom 2 bath home with new carpet and flooring. Close to downtown Bozeman. Washer/Dryer included. There is an attached one-car garage that is operated manually. There's a large room downstairs that would make an excellent gaming area or TV room. No Smoking and No pets. All of our tenants need to have $100,000 of renters insurance. Tenants will need to pay for renter's insurance through AppFolio if they do not provide proof of their own insurance. Stone Mountain Properties runs a credit and criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. Additionally, we look into rental history and call current/previous landlords. If you do not have credit or low credit, Stone Mountain Properties will ask for a co-signer. Also, if you do not have rental history, you will need a co-signer.
