This new construction home is located in Preston Commons, a development in the Frenship school district in Wolfforth, TX. The kitchen features a stove, dishwasher, microwave, custom cabinets, and vinyl flooring that extends through the living area and bathrooms, with the bedrooms having carpet. Step outside to a relaxing patio and a large grass backyard. Length of lease can typically be between 12 and 24 months. Application fees are normally $50 per application. But if you complete a scheduled showing (in person or virtual) with one of our leasing agents, you become eligible to receive a $25 application. Those who do not meet our normal renting criteria could still qualify through the guarantors program we offer. Utilities are ALWAYS the responsibility of the tenant, unless otherwise advertised. Tenants are also responsible for all lawn care and maintenance during tenancy.
