This new construction home is located in a new development called Harvest, located in Wolfforth, TX in the highly coveted Frenship school district. The kitchen features a stove, microwave, dishwasher, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and vinyl flooring that extends throughout the home, which means NO carpet whatsoever. The backyard includes a relaxing covered patio and a spacious turf backyard, which essentially eliminates yard maintenance. WE’RE INVESTED IN YOUR FUTURE - With AMRR, you can take full advantage of our homebuyer program and earn up to $5,000 towards the future purchase of a new home. We also report all on-time rental payments to the credit bureaus, which can have a huge positive impact on your credit score. Length of lease can be between 12 and 24 months. Utilities are ALWAYS the responsibility of the tenant, unless otherwise advertised. Tenants are responsible for all lawn care and maintenance during tenancy, unless otherwise advertised. Security deposits are required for most properties, but we offer various deposit amounts and payment options, which are determined during the application process. Application fees are generally $50 but few can half the application fee if an application is filled out within 24 hours after you complete a scheduled showing with one of our leasing agents.
