The house is 5.4 miles from Kaneohe Marine Corps Base, 21.6 miles from Joint Base Pearl Harbor - Hickam, and 1 mile from Buzz's Restaurant and Kailua Beach Boat Ramp. The home is fully furnished—all you need to do is unpack your suitcases, move in, and enjoy. Sorry. No pets and no smoking. Water, sewer, and electricity are separate. Please note that leases must be at least 30 days long and cannot extend beyond 11/30/25. All prospective tenants above the age of 18 must fill out an application. Credit check required.
