This studio rental has it all, at an incredible price! It's also available completely furnished with everything you see in the photos, even down to the kitchen utensils! The price for this setup is $1,195 per month. Or if you prefer the apartment to be completely unfurnished, then it's available for $995 per month. Your security deposit would adjust accordingly. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer combo, 2-burner electric cooktop, and microwave with exhaust fan. This apartment could be a great fit for a professional who works in the area and simply needs a modest place to stay during the week before returning to their primary residence on the weekends. There are so many restaurants, stores, and other attractions within a very short walking distance: Pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, Brandywine Park, and so much more! Rent covers the following utilities: heat, hot water, water, sewer, trash, and recycling! Utilities you pay for separately: electric, gas (for the stove), Internet/Wi-Fi (if desired), cable (if desired), landline telephone (if desired). Renters Insurance is recommended but not required. Parking: Street parking means no extra fees or permits—just pull up and park! Laundry: Shared laundry room in the basement for the residents. No need to haul clothes off-site! Not to mention, it's FREE! No coins or credits needed! Other: This property is not currently set up to accept housing vouchers. Pets & Pet Fees: Due to the small size of this apartment, pets might not be approved. If approved, there is a maximum of one (1) pet allowed. A pet deposit AND/OR monthly pet rent will apply. These fees vary based on breed and weight. If you apply for this apartment, you must submit recent veterinary records showing the breed, weight, etc of your pet. Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals: These are not considered pets. Therefore, these are exempt from pet rules & fees. However, you must provide documentation for their use from your mental health or medical provider. Income Requirement: Gross monthly household income (all adults combined) must be at least 2.5 x Rent. This is relatively easy to attain since it's a combined requirement, not an individual one. Credit Score Requirement: Each adult applicant (18+) must have a minimum VantageScore of 640. Exceptions may be considered for young adult children (ages 18–21), stay-at-home parents, retirees, or individuals who experienced a documented life event that impacted their credit but does not accurately reflect their overall payment history.
