Rollingwood is a private condominium area with lots of parking (there will always be spaces in front of your unit). There is a private outdoor pool, and lots of yard space for outdoor activities. The association takes care of all the yard work. It is close (walking distance) to Hacienda, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, Jersey Mikes, Dunkin' Donuts, Shoprite, Big Y, Costco, BJs, Kohl's, an Urgent Care center, and so much more... Access to the highway is only 5 minutes down the road for an easy commute to work. We are looking for a long term renter with a stable job and the ability to pay rent on time. We will require renters to show the most recent paystubs that cover at least 30 days of work at your current employer. If you are self employed we would require alternative means of proof of income. Available May 1st. One months deposit required.
