Property Id: 2135984 A brand new duplex built this year and managed by a husband-wife team. We have four beautiful kiddos and we are the heart of this business. We care about you and your family and will make your experience top notch. This duplex was built with family in mind with one to two children or a single person who wants to spit rent with a friend. It has two spacious and beautifully laid out rooms with their own bathrooms. A nice back porch for a grill and chairs to be placed. You have your own designated parking, one year lease. We allow pets at our discretion and there is a $50/ nonrefundable pet deposit per pet. We love this property and hope to find someone who will love it the same. VEC is your responsibility, landlord handles water, trash, and lawn. If you are interested I will need the renters who will be responsible for the lease.
