The one-car garage on the first floor houses the utility room with a washer and dryer. Additionally, there's a screened-in patio off the garage, featuring an outdoor shower. You will also have a dock available for fishing, unfortunately not boating. Available for a 7 or 12 month term. This property is pet friendly pending owner approval. Small pets only.
