The 2nd floor includes a full size dining area with kitchen (natural gas range/stove), stack washer/dryer, living room with big screen smart TV, and sofa bed. The 3rd floor is comprised of 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed, and bathroom with tiled shower stall. Central A/C + forced air natural gas heat. Off-street parking is behind the building, accessible via a very narrow driveway. No pets or smokers
