The apartment is located downtown Ozark, AL walking distance to all your everyday needs! Whether you need a bank, groceries, it personal items, food, or a doctor, this location is 5 minutes from it all. The property is located on a one way side street in between two homes. The building is a 4 unit property. This particular unit is A and is located on the bottom level. Overall the apartment is spacious for an upcoming renter. No Pets! This is an older building therefore there is NO central air and heat. The unit has gas wall units for heat and window a/c units. We require a $55 application fee that checks background for criminal history, eviction history, and proof of income. This is non-refundable. Please keep that in mind before requesting an application. The ideal tenant would be someone that has a clean lifestyle, not a lot of traffic coming in and out, and considerate of their neighbors. Loitering outside of the building WILL NOT be tolerated.
