Very clean. Grounds are very well maintained. Nice pond in back great for fishing and kayaking.

Bad management, not worth the money. This place is a slum. They will be extremely picky when you move out. Took me 2 days to clean the place when I moved in and one of the light fixtures was missing a globe when I moved in then they charged me for the globe missing.
