Long term renting preferred (8 month or more). Start in September, you will be mostly living with the owner of the condo unit, who is a full time working professional in her late 20s. Her boyfriend is a Doctor of Pharmacy student in the University of Toronto, and he will be in the condo on certain weekends, holidays, and maybe summer vacations (to be determined). The condo is located at 1380 Prince of Wales Drive, 22nd floor. This location is within 20 minutes walk from Carleton University, and 25 minutes bus to University of Ottawa (1 transfer). The building has excellent security, has a grocery store and Tim Hortons downstairs, McDonalds/Shopers Drug Mart across the street. The room: the room faces west with good lighting. The room is carpeted and furniture is an option (The picture is what the room would like with full furniture. The room currently only has a desk, and bed but can be moved if needed). Room dimension (straight from the floor plan): 10 feet 9.5 inches X 9 feet and 6 inches. aka 3.2893 meters X 2.8956 meters. There is also a closet (extra space), and it is 5 feet and 11.5 inches (1.81 meters) X 2 feet 3 inches (0.69 meters). There is also one bathroom, kitchen and one living room with a 40 inch LED TV (no cable sorry). Internet/hydro is included. Laundry: Most laundry are done in the coin laundry downstairs.
