Available immediately with 12 month lease term. Tenant pays all utilities (electric, gas, water/sewer and trash) and responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Up to two dogs or cats allowed up to 50lbs with $400 refundable pet deposit/ pet and $40/pet/month pet rent. No aggressive breeds, no puppies. Every pet/animal must go through professional screening process and apply. The fee is $30/pet, if applicable paid directly to the 3rd party screening vendor. $20/pet app fee paid at time of move in. Application Fee: $45/ adult non-refundable. Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Renters insurance required. Section 8 not approved.
