Flexible Monthly Rates Based on Lease Length: Month to Month: $3,250 6 Months: $3,150/month 12 Months: $2,650/month 24 Months: $2,295/month 36 Months: $1,995/month Resident is responsible for all utilities. Pets are allowed with approval and additional applicable fees. Maximum of 2 pets per rental unit. Application Criteria and Consideration Occupancy is subject to applicable local municipal standards. A rental application is required for every person 18 years of age or older who will occupy the property. All approved applicants 18 or older are required to sign the lease. At least 6 months of consecutive employment is required to qualify for the standard security deposit. Certain conditions may apply. A current credit report will be obtained and evaluated for each applicant according to current rental qualification policies. Each applicant must provide rental history. Twelve months of positive rental history within the previous 2 years is required to qualify for the standard security deposit. Rental history from family members does not qualify. Criminal background checks are required for all applicants. Applicants must not have an unsatisfactory eviction judgment. Pets require approval, an executed Pet Addendum to the Lease, and payment of applicable pet fees prior to move in. No more than 2 pets are permitted per rental unit. Security deposits vary based on the applicant's risk profile and application results and may range from $500 up to 1.5 times the monthly rent. Housing is offered in accordance with applicable federal, state and local fair housing and anti discrimination laws. Rental application and screening are completed through RentSpree.
