I have a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at Park Avenue West (13696 100 Ave, Surrey) for rent available from the beginning of June. The building is just 4 years old and features a roof top patio, indoor gym, a tennis court, a swimming pool along with various meeting and conference rooms. Due to the pandemic, the strata has closed some of the amenities but the rooftop patio, gym (cleaned twice daily) and tennis court has reopened. The unit is on the 23rd floor with 776 sq ft indoors and 90 sq ft of balcony facing South West; as a result, this corner unit gets good sunlight. The master bedroom comes with a full-ensuite and a walk-in closet. The kitchen appliances are all stainless steel and include a gas fire range, oven, range hood, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Other appliances include the in-unit washer and dryer. The living area is covered with laminate flooring and the rooms are carpeted. The unit also comes with a large storage locker. With regards to transportation, the unit will come with one parking spot in the car port. If you prefer public transit, King George Skytrain Station and the adjacent bus loop are less than a block away. Hot water and natural gas are included in the rent; you would be responsible for hydro (electricity) and internet. Ideally, we would like a minimum 1 year commitment but given the current state of the affairs in the world, we are willing to be flexible for the right tenant. Our current tenants kept the place very well and have enjoyed the unit for the last 18 months. However, they recently purchased a townhome and will be vacating the unit in early-May. If you feel that this unit might be of interest to you, they are quite flexible and would be open to an in-person showing before then. The unit will be available for rent starting May 16.
