This Private Room is next to the Kitchen and windows face the front of the Patio at the front of the House. Room is inside a 3bd/2ba 2-story Brick Ranch Style Home (with hard wood floors and fresh interior paint), which is located in a very quiet neighborhood of Adams Park, Southwest Atlanta. The Room is partially furnished with a TV and mattress w/bedframe and includes a Private Closet. Tenant will have access to all shared areas such as a designated Bathroom with updated features and a Shower/Tub combo, Living/Dining rooms & Kitchen. If needed, we can discuss the possibility of allowing additional storage space within the Unfinished Basement. The Monthly Rent includes private room and *all utilities* (includes AT&T fiber Internet!). We do require a signed 6-month Rental Lease, and Security Deposit is required (one month of rent). Please note that the Homeowner lives on-site and they can immediately assist with any renter concerns.
