Located on one of the most exclusive streets in our historic district. You are literally steps away from beautiful downtown Boulder City and all that BC has to offer with restaurants, shops, bars, antiques and entertainment. Enjoy the peace and serenity of a "writer's retreat" in a home that combines historic charm with modernized aesthetics and functionality. Spacious and open living areas have an abundance of natural light. Primary bedroom suite has a private bath (with tub) and walk in closet. Fully equipped kitchen has custom cabinets, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous view of the city (especially at sunset). Bathrooms are done in a honeycomb marble tile flooring and have quartz counter top/vanities. Second room has it's own bathroom with shower. There is plenty of room on your porch or patio to sip your morning coffee and enjoy the lovely views! This is one of the oldest and quietest streets in town located in THE safest city in the entire state. Locals are warm, friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for additional fun and adventure, the Las Vegas strip is a mere 30 minutes away. You're also 5 minutes away from Lake Mead, one of the largest and most beautiful lakes in the country and 10 minutes away from world famous Hoover Dam. If you love the idea of staying (or living) somewhere that is peaceful, safe and feels like you're away from it all, yet still conveniently close to the fun and entertainment, this could just be the perfect place for you.
