Spacious family home in a family oriented community. This beautiful home is on a quiet street. Fourteen foot ceilings in the living area. Large grand room. Home is freshly turned over and ready for a quick move in. Gardener will take care on the lawn. Two car garage. You will live just minutes from both the 15 & 91 freeways & less than 30 minutes from Ontario airport. Also very close to multiple colleges and universities. Ample restaurants and shopping centers nearby including Malls. In unit laundry and appliances are included. If interested in one of our rental properties, please submit an application along with your supporting documents as you will need to get pre-qualified before viewing the unit. We will process your application which can take up to 3-5 business days to complete. If approved, you will be scheduled an appointment to view the property with an agent. At the appointment, the holding deposit will be collected; if failed to bring a holding deposit, the application will automatically be cancelled.
