Two Bedroom House Near the Smiley Building - [PENDING APPLICATION] This two bedroom, one bathroom, 1400 SF, one-level house is right on E 3rd Ave. There are W/D hookups, storage in the basement, and a covered front porch, but no dishwasher. A screened-in sun porch in back as well as a fenced backyard. Two parking spaces are behind the house. Take advantage of this fantastic location and walk to town, restaurants/breweries, and the river path! No students, no smokers, no cats. One small dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis with additional $200 non-refundable pet deposit. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person (or to send a proxy). Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $40 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments at this time, only cash or check. Applications can be submitted online (via our website) or on paper, but you must pay the application fees to the office with a copy of your drivers license. If you want to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside our office - just make sure to label payments with your name and the rental address.
