Enter the house through the 2-car garage and store your ski equipment in the garage or in the large laundry room / mud room. Two of the bedrooms are on this lower main level of the home, along with 2 full bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. The third bedroom and second full bathroom are located on the second floor of the house, providing some extra privacy from the rest of the house. The house is meticulously cared for by the owner, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for preparing meals at home. The living room is spacious, opens to the back deck and has a large wood burning fireplace. Living in Tahoe City in the winter is great if you ski at Palisades Tahoe, allowing you to avoid some of the traffic coming from Truckee and Highway 80. Stop at Tahoe House on your way for the best coffee and homemade pastries. The neighborhood and Snowflower Lane are hilly so we recommend having a 4WD vehicle with good snow tires to safely get around on big storm days. Sleeps 7 Bedroom #1: Downstairs, Queen Bedroom #2: Downstairs, King and 1 twin. Bedroom # 3: Upstairs, King LEASE DETAILS - Available between November and May with flexible start and end dates. A minimum of a four month lease will be required. - Rent $5,000 / month - Security deposit: Equal to 2 months rent and includes prepayment for the driveway plow account, ($800) phone, TV, and internet for the season. ($188/month) and pet fees ($500 per pet). - Pet friendly: Two dogs allowed max. - Electricity will remain in the owners name. Owner will submit monthly statements that the tenant can pay through their online tenant portal. - Southwest Gas / natural gas will remain in the owners name.
