Very nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with covered patio, nice backyard, formal dining, large kitchen with island and tile in most areas. Close to shopping and entertainment. All occupants over 18 must apply. The lease term is 12 months. In addition to the advertised monthly rent, there is also a $25 per month admin fee. Upon application approval, a $500 deposit will be collected to hold the property and will be applied toward your move-in costs.
