Available for an August 3rd lease start! This beautifully designed 1920s home is located in the Haisley neighborhood on the west side of Ann Arbor. Original hardwood floors are found throughout and modern architectural touches adorn the layout. The main floor boasts a sizable entryway with closets, built-in office area with desks, and the large living room with plenty of windows for natural lighting. The living room leads into the kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The formal dining room is right off of the kitchen and boasts plenty of storage cabinets. A full bathroom can also be found on the main level. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom with a huge ceiling skylight and glass shower. The master bedroom is very large and includes a staircase up to another room that could have a myriad of uses! Basement includes a washer, dryer, and ample storage space. Tenants are responsible for all utilities plus snow removal. There is a $100/mo electric credit for the detached garage, which the owner uses and is not available for tenant use. Lawn care is included in rent. Two driveway parking spaces are included. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply. One-Time Non-Refundable Pet Registration Fee of $100 plus $50/mo for pet rent for 1 pet and $75/mo for 2+ pets. No application fee. Non-refundable $95 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants).
