I am a full-time employee at a nearby university, and I recently found out that my current roommate of three years is moving back home in April for medical reasons. So I am looking for a sub-letter from April 1st - August 30th (able to accommodate end of March move-in as well * almost 6 months). The house is mostly furnished as I have lived here for a couple of years. My roommate will be taking her belongings so if we need to free up space in common areas I am open. I am looking for a responsible roommate who maintains a fairly tidy space. Additional information: -Rent is $497.50 per month (all utilities included except electricity, which usually runs to $30-$60/month), and we will split wifi. -You will have your own private room with lots of closet space -Great apartment right on bus line, near to major highways and close to airport -Dishwasher, A/C and heat in unit -The unit is cat friendly, but you will need to pay a pet deposit -We have on-site, coin operated laundry -We have extra storage at no extra charge -We have an off street parking lot for residents at no extra cost/garage spots to rent for $65 per month -Apartment furnished but room is not - Queer Friendly Please send me an email with any questions or if you would like to come see your possible new home.
