The home has 2 standard bedrooms that are good sized, and the third bedroom is a little smaller and has a sliding door leading to the back deck and 1 car detached garage. Full bathroom with tub. Off the back of the home is a large deck and most of the yard is on the side and front of the home. Central AC/heat. No Basement. Additional to having a garage there is another driveway in front of the home for extra parking. Pets up to 50 lbs allowed with a $250 pet fee and $50/month pet rent. Tenant pays all utilities and is responsible for all lawn care and snow removal. 12 month lease minimum. Renters Insurance required. There is a $50 application fee per adult, deposit is $1350, and if approved there is a one time administrative fee of $150. Location: 1328 E 28th St, Des Moines, IA.
