Our apartment is pet-friendly, allowing you to bring your furry friends along. We do have a non-refundable pet fee of $500 for the first two pets, with a maximum fee of $1000. We also welcome approved third pets at no additional charge. Please note that we do not permit any vicious breeds to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents. Please note, we require a $150 water and sewer deposit to ensure the responsible use of these utilities.
