No tub, you cannot stew in your own juices, there is a modern 5 foot wide stand up shower. Large bedroom in back. The front two bedrooms take a moment to explain. HUGE bedroom up front with a HUGE walk-in closet. Tons of shelves and hanging bars in the walk-in closet. There is a smaller bedroom in the middle of the house. This bedroom has a door to the main hallway, AND a door to the large bedroom. It could be the greatest attached nursery ever conceived. If you keep the doors between the bedrooms shut, it is a smaller (by modern standards, it was large for the 1890s when the home was built) third bedroom. Laundry room with W/D hookups on the main floor. Off-street parking. Up to 2 cats or 1 reasonable dog are welcome with a 1 time $200 pet fee and $20 a month per pet. Additional pets beyond those listed above are charged a $100 pet fee and $20 a month each. This is a NON-SMOKING Building, which includes recreational smoking. This is a home; the tenant pays ALL Utilities: Gas and Electric and City Utilities (water). Landlord provides for all Lawn Maintenance, Mowing, and Leaf removal. We do not shovel your snow. The ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum credit score of 650, no active collections, no felonies, no violent charges of any kind, zero evictions, and have a (combined) Net or take home (IN YOUR POCKET after taxes) income of 3 (Three) times the posted rent. If you do not qualify traditionally, you may use a well qualified and collectable co-signer or put down 2 months of rent as an additional deposit.
