At least one of the accepted Tenants must be over 55 years of age so they can enjoy all the wonderful amenities that Del Webb provides such as their indoor pool, fitness center, walking track, clubhouse activities and outdoor tennis courts. This is the largest of Del Webb's models and it boasts almost 2500 square feet of luxury living. You will instantly notice the numerous upgrades from the exterior stacked stone trim, coffered dining room ceiling, upgraded flooring and baseboards, plantation shutters, double ovens, quality appliances and so much more. The Family room features a ceiling fan, gas fireplace and a T.V. mount. The room is spacious and bright with roll up blinds, and a slider leading to the small, fenced backyard with a covered patio with pavers and a small artificial lawn with views of the mountains. The kitchen is large with an abundance of cabinetry, granite countertops, double ovens and built in microwave. There is also an island, large pantry closet, 5 burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, Refrigerator, double stainless sink and even a Butler's Pantry. The kitchen opens up to a bright dining area. The Primary bedroom is spacious with a ceiling fan and a large T.V. Mount. The Primary Bath suite is quite large with a long double vanity, huge closet with built ins and a separate water closet. There is also a large garden tub and a shower with a bench. The other secondary bedroom is also quite spacious with a large closet. The hall bath has a shower over the tub. The other room is also spacious and can be used as a home office or exercise room. There is a large laundry room off the garage with cabinets, a sink and hookups. There is also a 3-car garage for all your vehicles and toys. The rent is $3500 per month with the same in Security deposit. Tenants pay for N.V Energy, water, sewer, and waste management. A small dog is allowed with Owner approval and additional Deposit and full vaccination and license records. The owner will provide landscape maintenance.
