About 1312 Old Zion Rd
I have a two-story home which is on 0.94 acre of land. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 and half bathrooms. At this current time there are two living spaces, a play room, a medium size eat in kitchen and an inside laundry room. The portion of the yard is fenced in and the rest is not. Attached to the home is a one car garage and detached is a 2 car garage. There are two large sheds all the way in the back which are available for storage if necessary and another smaller shed in the fenced in area. There is also available attic space on top of the attached garage. There is plenty of space in the front, side and back of the house. I live in a quiet area and rarely see my neighbors. At this moment I am looking to rent out my daughters bedroom since she sleeps with me. Her room is completely furnished. I will be moving sometime between Jul-Nov so I am looking to start renting out the rest of my rooms. My 22 yr old female friend currently lives in one of the rooms and has been doing so for over a year. We are both pretty laid back. Sometimes we hang out in the living room and watch movies and others we are in our rooms relaxing on our own. I have a 7 yr old daughter and she spends most of her time on her tablet, when it dies she spends time in the living room or her play room. I have two dogs who mainly stay in the second living room area and in the kennels. I also have a cat.
