The bedroom has access to the home's deck via sliding glass doors. Inside are wood floors and trim, with plenty of windows to allow for natural lighting. Nearly every window in the house affords a view! This house also sits on a lot large enough for activities. *Fully furnished NO Pets, No laundry hook ups. *Septic (Closed System-needs to be pumped regularly by tenant) This house is on a Closed Septic System. All the water from the toilet, shower, and sinks are collected in the 1500 gallon tank. It needs to be pumped when the tank is full. This is the responsibility of the tenant. This is a sensitive system and nothing but water, one ply toilet tissue, and human waste are to be put into the tank. This system was pumped at the end of the last tenancy and will be pumped and taken out of your security deposit at the end of your tenancy. It is the responsibility of the tenant to pay for clogged drains. It is highly recommended that only Scott one ply tissue be used. It is not necessary to flush the toilet every time after urinating. Using quick showers and water conservation is a must to not fill tank quickly. The shower has a quick shut off on the showerhead. There is an alarm system on the northwest side of the house that indicates when the tank is nearing full. The light will come on when the float gauge engages inside of the tank. The tank will need to be pumped when this alarm light comes on. All adults over 18 years of age must fill out application. Carpet cleaning will be paid out of security deposit at time of move out. Final holding tank pumping will be paid out of security deposit at time of move out. Security deposits may increase depending on credit, rental history. Available dates may vary depending on tenant move out Renters insurance is required.
