Beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring, sophisticated gray walls, crisp white cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances give me a fresh, modern feel without trying too hard. I've even got a wood-burning fireplace because apparently being charming wasn't enough. My living area is wonderfully open, with generous windows, plenty of natural light, and room to spread out, settle in, and make yourself at home. The kitchen opens right into the action, complete with a spacious granite breakfast bar that's equally happy hosting your morning coffee, a home-cooked dinner, or the takeout you swore you weren't ordering again this week. I've got two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which means no negotiating over bathroom time. Use that second bedroom however your life needs it. Home office? Creative space? A room for all those things you ordered online and haven't figured out where to put? No judgment here. And yes, there's a full-size washer and dryer. Because hauling laundry somewhere else is a personality trait nobody asked for. Now, can we talk about my balcony? It's covered, generously sized, surrounded by beautiful greenery, and accessible from both the living area and one of the bedrooms.
