For rent is a one bedroom, one bathroom open concept loft-style, top-floor condominium conveniently located in Manchester's desirable Hi-Di neighborhood. It features exposed brick walls, bamboo floors, updated stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, central air conditioning, a deeded parking spot, and excellent southern exposure and light. The bedroom and the two entryways and stairs have new carpet and the bathroom recently had a new tub and surround, toilet, and sink installed. The unit is currently occupied and the photos I have are a little outdated, so I'm including a link to the property listing from 2023. The refrigerator has since been replaced with a KitchenAid French door-style bottom freezer unit, and the washer is now a Miele W1, but otherwise these photos are a good representation of the unit. Please note that it will be rented unfurnished, however.
