Outside there is a gentle flat fenced yard with landscaping, a 1 car carport with storage, a covered porch area and a deck. The home is attached to two others similar townhomes. The house has been recently updated with new paint and flooring. It includes a range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. And will consider your non-protective pet... (addl $25/pet pet-rent) All Fairfield Glade amenities (golf, pools, tennis, pickleball, fishing, clubs, etc) are available at member rates if desired. The HOA fees are included in the rental price. There is a huge eagles nest in a tree across the street! Saint George Lake marina, golf, tennis, pool, library, the Art Guild, pickleball, and Food City are all within a 5 minute drive!
