UTILITIES: Tenant responsible for electric (heat pump), city water, city sewer and internet. While community was under construction, internet was only available through AT&T. Lawncare and exterior maintenance included in rent. Renters insurance required for all approved applicants. PET POLICY: Maximum two pets allowed: one dog and one cat. (Owner does not allow multiple dogs at this time.) Each pet requires non-refundable $300/pet fee. Some weight/breed restrictions apply.
