Property Id: 1653628 I am renting the main house 4 bedrooms 2 baths with a flex space or den. There are 3 bedrooms down the hall from the open concept living space, dining room and kitchen. The main bedroom has its own the bath ensuite, the other two bedrooms share the hallway full bath with a tub. Bedroom 4 is off the kitchen and has it's own separate office space with their own entrance doors. This rent price is for families only. If it is a aoommate situation rent can be adjusted. The house has solar panels and a solar hot water system. There are washer and dryer hookups and large storage shed. The large yard is totally fenced, beautiful and tranquil. Large garden with fruit trees and grass area. Very quiet neighborhood in a cul-va-sac with off-street parking, there is also room for one car in the driveway. The beach is 4 blocks away.
