Pets: A pet will be considered on a case by case basis for an additional monthly fee. Tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, internet, annual $110 rental registration fee, snow and compost. Owner is responsible for the lawn care, water/sewer and trash. Utilities: - Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas (heat/hot water), internet service, annual rental registration ($110), snow, and compost (optional). - Landlord pays water and trash.
