Home can be leased UNFURNISHED for $2,100/mo with tenant paying utilities. The Noodle Nest is 2 miles to the heart of Greenville's downtown and Falls Park. Need some exercise? Cleveland Park, the Zoo, and the Swamp Rabbit trail are all within walking distance. For furnished: Bedroom 1 includes an in-suite bathroom and a Tempur-Pedic queen bed. The two remaining rooms share a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a full bed and bedroom 3 has a twin bed. The kitchen is stocked with items that you would need to make a meal. Unwind in the living room, featuring two Ethan Allen chairs and a loveseat, where you can enjoy the smart TV. There is also a private, fenced, back yard with patio for entertaining, grilling out, or just relaxing. There is a washer/dryer for use by tenants in the house. Utilities, including internet is included, as well as lawn care service. The driveway can accommodate two cars parked end to end. Will consider leases as short as 1 month for a furnished rental.
