With brand-new insulation throughout and a private thermostat, you’ll stay toasty in the winter and crisp in the summer. ***Unmatched Convenience*** - Located on Lower 7th Street, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of Frenchtown: - Downtown Frenchtown: A scenic 3-minute walk. - Essentials: One block from the grocery store and two blocks from the school. - The Towpath: Less than 45 seconds from your front door for walking, cycling, or summer swimming. - Parking: Ample free street parking plus one dedicated off-street parking space. - Amenities & Storage: Unlike many local rentals, this unit features a dedicated laundry room with an in-unit washer and dryer. Please contact us to receive the form. ***Tours*** Available only after the pre-screening is reviewed. ***Background Check*** If you choose to proceed after the tour, all occupants (18+) must complete a background check (approx. $55 per person). This covers credit, eviction history, identity verification, and proof of income. We are open to discussing unique situations, but all adults must be on the lease. ***Deposits and Rent*** Requesting $2,400.00 monthly for rent, and a $2,400.00 security deposit.
