We are renting the upper two floors at 129 S 42nd St which is roughly 1700sq ft square feet, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, sitting area, deck, two car garage and front patio. There is also a mother-in-law basement that is not a part of this rental. The house includes an open floor plan on the ground floor that connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, range and microwave and kitchen island with bar top seating. Off of the kitchen/living room is a sizable deck with a great view of Sehome Arboretum. Additionally, the ground floor also has a two car garage, washer & dryer and an additional half bath. The upstairs bedrooms are generously sized, with the primary suite offering a private retreat complete with an en-suite bathroom and amazing view, especially evening sunsets. Two additional bedrooms upstairs can serve as guest rooms, home offices, or hobby spaces, accommodating various lifestyle needs. An additional full bathroom is shared for those living in the two additional bedrooms. The bottom floor is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom mother-in-suite that is separated by a staircase and two lockable doors. We are currently remodeling the basement and using one bedroom as a work office. Thus, this space is not accessible by the tenants and the landlord/contractors will be in that space to finish the remodel. The work office will is only used a day or two a week on average January-April.
