Four Bedroom Independence Home - Come and check out this beautiful four-bedroom, two-bathroom home located just off Hwy 40 and East 47th St. This location is great and you are close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment! The best thing about this home is the floorplan! The first level gives you a great living area that flows into the dining room and kitchen. There is direct access to the backyard through the sliding glass doors. Three of the bedrooms and one of the baths are located on the upper level. The fourth bedroom and additional bath are downstairs, along with an additional family room that has a built-in bar.
