Property Id: 1959488 Very nice 3 bed 2 bath home. Very private, but only 8 miles East of Cheyenne. New paint, carpet, and A/C. Pets negotiable on a case by case basis, with additional fees involved. No smoking / Vaping in home. Propane heat, water, and sewer are included in rent. (this is a $175 monthly savings) Large shop is NOT included. Renters insurance is required. AVOID SCAMS - you will talk to me and view the home in person to rent this.
