Vibrant restaurants in the vicinity plus groceries and shopping. Pet free building for a peaceful environment. Included with all units are the following utilities – Heat (radiant system), Water, Trash service. A/C in each unit, on-site laundry, storage locker and 1 off street parking space. 720-734-4141. No Pets. There is a flat $85 monthly utility fee included in the rent which covers the water, sewer, trash and heat. The tenant will be responsible for electricity separately. We are looking for a tenant with previous rental history and verifiable income around 2x's the rent. We also check credit and criminal history. If there is an issue in any area you may be required to pay a larger deposit. The application fee is $40 per adult.
