From the living room, pass through the dining area into the trendy kitchen which has tile floors, brand new stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The primary bedroom on this level has an en-suite bathroom with dual sink vanity, walk in shower and large walk in closet. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, cabinets and garage access on this level. Upstairs is a second bedroom with en-suite full bath. The third room could be a bedroom, office and was formally an artist studio. This home has an attached 2 car garage. This home is situated on 0.17 of an acre which is landscaped, has mature trees and outdoor living spaces, all on a no-outlet street. *Courtyard is now all pavers- there is no vegetation. HOA: Hidden Valley Ranch. HOA rules, regulations and CC&R's apply. Amenities include: outdoor pool and tennis. Heating: Central Forced Air, natural gas.
