This recently renovated Victorian apartment is close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Prescott. This unit has a spacious living room, an eat in kitchen, a bedroom and a 3/4 bath. There is one off street parking space and laundry on site. No HOA Heating & Cooling: Three Electric Mini split systems Appliances include: refrigerator, gas range/oven, built in-microwave, disposal, communal washer & dryer on site. Utilities Resident pays for: Electric - APS. Gas – Unisource Water, Sewer and Trash - City of Prescott. They remain on in the owners name. Resident pays a $50 flat fee monthly due with rent. Terms: Non-smoking premise. Sorry smokers/vapers need not apply. Pet Policy: 2 Pet Max- Dogs or Cats allowed No puppies (under 1), no kittens (under 1), no banned dog breeds or dogs with a bite history.
