Featuring a gated entrance with deck, exposed brick on interior walls, a jetted tub and large windows. Includes: 1 designated parking space, pest control, a stackable washer & dryer. Gas water heater and decorative only fire place. FYI - All walls/trim are not always freshly painted after every tenant moves out. Normal wear and tear, minor scuffs are too be expected on walls which may not show up in pictures. Small pets with Owners approval only We welcome pets per our pet policy. Our general policy is no vicious breeds, max 2 pets, $200 first pet $100 second pet non-refundable fee. $25 monthly pet rent per pet.
